and I am only frickin 26!

I have so much to post about (I had a tarot reading done, impressions about the interview, the sanctity of the website compromised) but the most important thing of the day...the one thing that must be discussed as a matter of dire import is that tonight I FOUND A GRAY HAIR!

AHHHH!!!! A FRICKIN' GRAY HAIR!

I was looking at myself in the bathroom and there it was shining like a beacon. You could see the line of the hair dye from when I dyed it last...it was two inches! First of all, how could I have a grey hair....second of all....how long has it been there without my noticing it!?! Oh! How my body betrays me!

Honestly, the grey hair thing, not that big of a surprise. You get emotionally involved with the tinest things. Sometimes, it is what to order from Wendy's. Most of the time it is stressful, family, academic or work related stuff.

Personally, I like to catalogue all the sterotypes that my family falls into. It is a remarkable stress reliever. Individual family members fall into catagories. Racist=old All In the Family. Redneck=Blue Collar Comedy or Dukes of Hazzard (Try and convince me there was no incest there!). Disfunctional=Married With Children, Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, dozens of SitCom pretenders, etc. Gay=pick your stereotype. Tv doesn't have real gay people all that often. Doctors, Lawyers, cops, etc.=always smart attractive people with cars, wardrobes and appartments that ignore the existence of student loans or financial burdens associated with whatever meteropolitan center they live in. (The last is far fetched but I do have a trust fund cousin who wants perople to think she lives the hard life in NY so I included it).

Why are you so afraid? I have gray hairs since my 17th birthday. It dosen't matter, we already get old, but the grey hair doesn't show anything. Just smile at it, it is also beautiful :)
