Gave the turtles a bath this afternoon and then let them loose to run around the house. Scooter is off playing in my shoes (he likes to climb inside and then fall asleep) and Zippy....rather than running around to play in the house, she is sitting with me in the front room watching television. Silly turtle.
Yesterday, Jimmy's chameleon, grizzly Will molted. Poor guy, he was covered in loose skin and looked rather ashamed to be seen. I was able to coax him out of his enclosure and he let me rub him and the excess skin off of him. Today when I've gone into Jimmy's room, Will keeps coming to the front of the enclosure and trying to get out. I think that we have bonded...
