You are hereby summoned and required to file an Answer in writing to the attached Petition with the Clerk of the Third District Court, 450 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 and to serve upon, or mail to the petitioner at 124 G Street Apt 3, Salt Lake City, UT 84103, a copy of said answer, within 20 days if you are served in the State of Utah, or within 30 days if you are served outside the State of Utah, after service of this Summons upon you. If you fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Petition, which has been filed with the clerk of the above-entitled court. You may obtain a copy of the Verified Petition by writing to the clerk of the court at Third District Court, 450 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114. READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY. These papers mean that you are being sued for divorce.

Given all the terrible things he's done to you, do you still think it's cool to publish his address?
it isn't his, it's mine (which is public record anyway). if I knew his address, I wouldn't be posting the summons online in an effort to get him to see it.
there are alot of people who would like to have his address...especially the law authorities in the states of Utah, Florida, and Maryland.
